WHO WE ARE

Wynkoop Press was founded by Erika Simms, a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business. Erika spent much of her career working in the technology industry before stepping away to write her debut novel, Flies in the Punch Bowl (Wynkoop Press, 2019). Confronted with many decisions when designing, editing, producing, and publishing her book, Erika realized the need to work with professionals, though felt the path of traditional publishing was too restrictive. From that, Wynkoop Press was born. Leveraging the experience of professionals from the New York publishing industry, Wynkoop Press brought skill and efficiency to Erika’s publishing process.
